Specialty Case Study Manual – Yoga Therapy – Foundational Knowledge: Yoga Psychology, Modern Psychology and Mental Health in the clinical application(s) of Yoga Therapy: This case study-based manual is designed to give healthcare providers, including Yoga therapists, a foundational overview of Yoga psychology, modern psychology and basic mental health concepts pertaining to the application of Yoga practices as interventions in the clinical setting. This will help prepare providers to apply therapeutic yoga as preventive medicine while maintaining the public health standards for consumer protection and responsibility.
This manual will be offered by Summer 2018.

Yoga Therapy Research Project – Wellness Assessment
Explore the Heart-Mind Connection By Participating
We are seeking participants that are willing to commit to an 8-session series of Yoga therapy. As a participant you will receive a thorough wellness assessment at the beginning of your series and at the end of your series. This service will be offered at no additional charge. If willing to participate in this important research project, the results of your assessments will be shared with your through peer-journal publication under a pseudonym of your choice. The two scientifically validated wellness assessments focus on multidimensional awareness and positive psychological attitudes. If interested, please contact us!
Support Group Focusing on Mindfulness
WE EXPLORE THE EXPERIENCE OF MINDFULNESS in this co-ed (non-gender specific/culturally diverse) group. Our intention is to cultivate increases in awareness, clarity, and peace in ourselves and to share our experiences while becoming more present for others in a friendly environment. This supportive group will also focus on relationship to the Self, as well as others. Each session includes a mindfulness practice.
Day: Previously on Tuesdays (bi-monthly)

Teen Support Group
Come join your tribe! We will be providing a safe place for teens to practice mindfulness skills and yoga, listen to and play music, enjoy storytelling, participate in brain-storming, communicating, and ultimately connecting.
This teen support group is open to all adolescents ages 12 to 24. Attendance is open for the first three months and then will become by enrolment.
Costs for this support group will be covered by insurances or through sliding scale considerations.
